Audio players, internet radio, dance floor and more - what awaits us in the next DLC
Audio players, internet radio, dance floor and more - what awaits us in the next DLC.
Foreign update reviewer SHADOWFRAX received early access to the new paid add-on that will be released in July and told us the main details about it. Here are the items that will be available to us:
• Cassette player - you can pick it up, insert a cassette into it and then record any sounds by pressing the voice button, be it your voice or sounds around you. This way you can even record the sounds of playing instruments or explosives, as SHADOWFRAX did in his video. You can throw the player and it will stick to any surface - the cassette will play on repeat until you pick up the player.
There will be three types of tapes - 10, 20 and 30 seconds, and by default they will already have random recordings on them, over which you can record your own. In the inventory, you can also sign the tapes as you wish.
Cassettes can be used in regular telephones - when someone calls you, but no one picks up, the caller will automatically play the audio recording from the cassette, after which he will be asked to leave a message.
• Boombox - take it with you anywhere, insert the desired cassette and then walk with it on your shoulder like the coolest player on the island. If you try to turn on the boombox without a cassette, then the Internet radio menu will open for you - enter the link to any audio stream in pls or m3u format and you will be able to listen to any Internet radio directly from the game. (those who wish can turn this off in the settings, it may be useful for streamers)
• A stationary speaker is the same boombox, but you can place it. It requires 10 units of electricity to operate. The functionality is the same - listen to either cassettes or Internet radio, there are no restrictions.
