A working crane and machine recycler have appeared on the test branch

The Rust test branch has added two new features - a working crane and a machine recycler. These additions will bring a new level of interaction with the surrounding world to the game.

Previously, the recycler could be seen at the updated landfill. Now it has become fully functional and is able to accept unnecessary transport for recycling. At the moment, this only works with a test pickup, which, when destroyed, provides 50 units of scrap metal.

The crane is now also fully controllable - the player can sit in it, turn it, drive around the map, lift and lower cargo, and also pick up vehicles using a magnet.

It is important to note that both features are in very early stages of development and may be subject to change by the time of release. The developers are constantly working to improve and optimize these innovations.

The official update, which includes these new features and improved graphics, is scheduled for May 6. This will be a great opportunity for Rust players to re-evaluate all the new features and changes.
