Some changes have become available on the aux branch
Some important changes have been made to the Rust project aux branch on Steam. These changes will make the gameplay more convenient and comfortable for players. Here are some of the key changes available on the aux branch:
The bed is automatically attached to the foundation. Now you don’t have to waste time manually aligning the bed with the foundation. This will greatly simplify the interaction with the beds and make the gardening process more efficient.
Aircraft landing on cargo ships. This change will prevent aircraft from sliding or clipping through textures when landing on a ship. You will now be able to land safely from the air onto a cargo ship.
Preserve the contents of plaques, paintings, and photo frames when you take them into inventory and place them again. This means that after you take a plaque, painting, or photo frame, the image on it will be saved. The next time you place the item, the image will remain in place.
Garage doors will no longer interfere with placing items underneath them when open. This change will allow you to freely place items underneath raised garage doors.
In development, but not yet available for testing, is server management from the F1 menu . At the moment, it is known that the function displays a full list of players, basic information about the server state and all variables. This will give players more control and information about the server.
The above changes will greatly improve the Rust gaming experience and help players achieve greater efficiency in the game. They demonstrate the developers' progressive approach to improving the game and the team's responsiveness to the community's wishes. Let's hope that these changes will be available to all players in the near future.
