Ping system on the test branch

You can now make quick pings for yourself or your teammates using binoculars or a drone in Rust. The ping will appear directly at the designated location and on the compass, making it easier for your team to coordinate. Simply press the mouse wheel to bring up a menu and select a location to ping. This handy update makes it easy to pinpoint a location or warn your team of potential danger.
