[Rust WIP] Weapon Flashlight

Facepunch have made some changes to the lighting of weapon flashlights in Rust.

They now have a softer look with a slight haze effect, making the light more pleasing to the player's eyes.

In addition, the lighting has become noticeably dimmer, which helps avoid blinding other players.
