Rust doesn't see the server in the list: what to do

Try a direct connection through F1. The absence of the server in the search does not necessarily mean that the server is offline.

Sequential check

  1. Open the project catalog and check the server status.
  2. Clear the filters in the in-game browser: population, empty servers, maximum ping, tags, and team restrictions.
  3. Check the Community and Modded tabs. The modded server may be located in a different tab.
  4. Copy the command with the current address and execute it in F1.
  5. After logging in, add the server to favorites from the history.

If the direct connect isn't working

Record the error. Connection attempt failed, version mismatch and EAC error require different actions.
