Rust Updates: New Backpack Functionality, Metal Detector, and Game Balance Changes

Development news!!!

:dotred1: Backpacks

- Added markers for attaching a holster to the backpack. Weapons can be worn on the side or back of the backpack (back by default). If you have large rocket launchers in your inventory, the primary weapon is on the side. And also optimized the rearrangement of the displayed weapons when putting on a backpack (for example, move the weapon from the back to the side slot of the backpack when it is equipped). Using backpack-specific offsets for each weapon holster information. Using specific rotations / offsets for both rocket launchers. Also removed the player's backpack from falling out when he dies in a safe zone and blocked theft of other players' backpacks inside the safe zone. Disabled the ability to loot other people's backpacks inside the safe zone.

:dotred1: Metal detector

- Added a script for the shovel in case additional functions are needed. Now there is an additional metal detector light at the bottom of the model and its detail levels have been added to the world prefabs and view models (the light will be visible to all players and not just on behalf of the user).

:dotred1: Balance and gameplay changes

- Now Eoki will have an increased chance of a "successful" shot after each "unsuccessful" one.

- Fixed non-working oil pumps (oil pumping machine), restored old "TNK behavior". (H4 cave)

- A lot of work is still being done to improve the textures and quality of the RT. Textures on the Big and small oil rigs, roads have already been corrected. Barrel textures have been reworked and the truck model has been updated.
