:dotred1: Missile firing delay for attack helicopter

- Next month, the attack helicopter will receive some changes. In particular, missiles can only be launched once every 30 seconds. At the same time, indicators for the readiness of missiles and flares have been added to the control panel. A small soundtrack will also be added when missiles become available again.

- Changes in the patrol helicopter:
- A little more random movement around the map between the stations it flies over
- Changed the accuracy of the missile salvo (now the helicopter aims at the target depending on the distance).
