New Rust Update: Oil Rigs Radiation
Oil rigs in Rust now have a new feature - radiation that will increase in intensity over time. This change was made to prevent players from getting stuck on rigs. It is worth noting that loot does not update on rigs if there are players on them. Now, with the appearance of radiation, players will be forced to quickly leave the rig to avoid negative consequences.
Radiation will start to appear approximately 45 minutes after the start of hacking the container on the tower. The intensity of radiation will gradually increase and will reach its peak after 5 minutes. When the radiation level reaches 100, even anti-radiation suits, water inventory or anti-radiation pills will not be able to provide protection to the player.
Oil rigs will become an even more dangerous place, requiring fast and tactical play. Players will have to figure out how much time they can spend on the rig to collect the necessary resources before the radiation becomes too intense and dangerous for their survival. Be careful and beware of radiation on oil rigs in Rust!
