Minor changes to the camper module and missions

Minor changes to the camper module and missions:
✅It is impossible to light the barbecue in the module camper if it is under water. The barbecue will be extinguished if the car is under water
✅Fixed the ability to access the camper storage from the outside
✅Now the camper module can be found in cars already on the road
✅Fixed any possibility of respawning in a camper car that is underwater. As well as getting behind the wheel while in the passenger seat
✅Fixed mission locations that sometimes appeared in unacceptable places
✅Reset the repeat time for failed or completed missions, repeating failed missions every 5 minutes and completed missions every 60 minutes.
✅When you refuse to complete a mission, the time is refreshed.
✅Fixed issues with saving/loading and resetting missions after death
✅Added "Copy" and "Clear" buttons to the console interface
✅Fixed a bug where a destroyed helicopter could not be destroyed on the deck of a cargo ship
